'Animalia' Photo Series By Ernest Goh

Based in Singapore but always on the move in the eternal search of images worth taking, photographer Ernest Goh has been documenting the natural world of Southeast Asia and its people for over 10 years. As the creative director of The Animal Book Co., an initiative promoting animal appreciation through photography, he takes pictures of animals that are otherwise often overlooked or unknown – usually as an indirect comment on how they are treated by humans and our changing relationship with nature in general.

The vast apartment’s one bedroom plays on black and a peaceful white together with an Elda de Joe Colombo (Galerie Yves Gastou) armchair, a ‘Solaris’ by Martin Szekely (Galerie Kreo) table and a Gino Sarfatti (Galerie Kreo) lamp. At the end of the bed is a ‘Brasilia’ lamp by Michel Boyer (Jousse Entreprise). The work hanging above the bed is by Jonathan Binet, the other work between the two windows is by Raymond Pettibon.
